Our small group lessons are a great way to improve your tennis game and practice hitting with people of similar skill levels.
In group tennis lessons you will :

Every lesson is dynamic, fun, and challenging. Although it is best to start your lessons from thefirst session, you can join the a class at anytime as long as there is a spot available. Sign up for any of the following classes to start learning now!
Beginner Group Tennis Class (NTRP 1.0-2.0)
In this class, you will learn the main components of tennis through our proprietary Core Fundamentals of Tennis program. Each class always gives instruction on the groundstrokes and volleys, in addition there is a unique skill focus per lesson that might be the serve, footwork or special tennis technique.
Intermediate Tennis Class (NTRP 2.0-3.0)
This class will go over and improve upon tennis strokes, while also working to improve consistency, placement of the ball, creating topspin, improving foot positioning, and solidifying good form. In addition, the class will go over game strategy and help each player reach their optimum tennis game.
Advanced Group Tennis (NTRP 3.0-4.5)
This class will focus on more high level, fast-paced drills and games. Each class covers the groundstrokes and volleys.
Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout. It is a very social and fun class for players of all ability levels taught by a tennis teaching professional. If you’ve never played tennis before it is a great way to be introduced to the sport and if you are an experienced high level tennis player it is the best way to train for tennis. Most classes have mixed ability and some facilities offer classes which are more specific to ability/fitness level. However, regardless of ability or fitness level the tennis professional is trained to provide the ultimate workout for each person.
